If you require to return your product and receive a refund, simply get in touch by email, within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will refund 100% of your original order, as soon as practically possible,* with no questions asked.

NB: We would appreciate a reason to be stated for the refund request, to enable us to monitor our customer feedback, although please remember that this is not a requirement to receive any refund.

If the item is a physical product that is not defective, you must return the product to us, undamaged, before we can issue you a returns refund. When we have received the undamaged product we will refund 100% of your original order, as soon as practically possible. If you are returning a product that is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs for returning your item(s).

If you are requiring a refund for a defective product, there is no need to return the item to us, but we do require evidence (photo etc) of the defect(s). When we have received evidence of the defect(s) we will then refund 100% of your original order, as soon as practically possible.

There is no requirement to return any non-physical products.
