In Business to Help others - Making a difference
We all typically require the following basic elements to enjoy a full life.
The traditional way we are taught to provide these is by working in a job, usually for someone else, which limits our earning potential, ties us to the clock and a geographical location for most of the year.
Those basic elements can be summarised as four fundamental needs, which are to:
1) Eliminate money problems
2) Secure retirement funding and to be able to retire early
3) Remove having a boss
4) Have a good lifestyle
If you secure these four fundamentals, you will be truly time, financially and geographically free to enjoy a good lifestyle and which will make it much easier to accomplish the other elements of your life, and much more.
The 'AJS Operating Company Ltd' provides information, training and education resources to help you with securing those fundamentals.
But we must not forget that there are many people less fortunate, and through no fault of their own find themselves in a position where they are unable to work, find a job or earn sufficient income to fulfil those basic elements.
There are also people, projects and organisations trying to do things to help, but may not have the necessary resources available, particularly at the right time.
The 'AJS Operating Company Ltd' helps less fortunate people, projects and organisations in need, by providing charitable financial support.
Below are a couple of excellent 'inspirational quotes' that are particularly relevant, which if taken on board can change your mind set and empower you to succeed.
"Life is the reality of our mind"
...... and it can either imprison us in someone else’s reality, or we can free ourselves and create our own version of reality.
This is telling us that from childhood our mind is being programmed by our life experiences, which are mostly coming from others. We have a choice to simply accept that reality and conform to it, or we can step outside our comfort zone and create and explore our own life experiences.
"And remember that"
..... Water cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.
This refers to not needing to be bigger, better or stronger than anyone else in order to succeed., But by simply continuing on, learning from your mistakes, keeping moving forward and not giving up, is the way to achieve your goals.
We 'Help Others' and we do this in two ways, directly and indirectly.
The direct method ..........
is by providing products, information, educational and training materials to individuals, businesses and organisations, to assist and help them to solve and overcome personal or business issues, problems and difficulties or to simply make life easier and/or better.
The main areas we provide help in (but not limited to) are:
The indirect method ..........
is by donating proportions of the company's profits to help and financially support less fortunate people, animals and charitable organisations, who are in need, as well as financially supporting worthwhile projects and initiatives.

This strategy enables the company to bring our various business streams together under one legal entity. This allows the company to avoid unnecessary bureaucratic duplication etc. to keep administrative overheads to a minimum, and to be able to release more revenue, as profit, from the business to use towards 'Helping Others.'

My career began in the aviation business in 1990 which I remained in until 2018. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, but life always seemed to get in the way. In my free time however, I learned and developed low risk systems to successfully trade the financial markets, as well as entrepreneurial traits and activities. I also began writing books specialising in wealth creation, and I became a bestselling co-author in 2018.
Starting around 2013 the UK aviation industry and my work environment slowly began to change. I slowly came to the realisation that I was no longer happy in that role and it was beginning to affect my health.
In 2018 I made the decision to leave the aviation industry and the corporate environment behind me to follow my entrepreneurial ambitions full time.
On reflection, I wish I had known back in the late 1980’s what I know today, along with having had the opportunities of the digital online world back then, which we have today.
I knew that the best way to help myself and my family was by helping others, which led to me founding my own company, AJS Operating Company Ltd, with the business mission of ‘Helping others.’

After leaving college, I spent several years working in business administration in a busy office environment, although I always knew this was never going to be my lifetime career. I met my future husband, Andrew, in late 1990. In the late 1990’s I left my job to be at home to raise our family.
For a few years when our daughter was attending a pre-school playgroup, I volunteered to look after the playgroup’s finances and administration, undertaking the treasurer role on the playgroup committee. When our children had started secondary school, I began exploring opportunities to work or run a business from home.
In 2017 I witnessed my husband’s health issues caused from work related stress and consequential depression. I supported my husband’s eventual decision to leave the corporate environment. We both became interested in the growing problem of mental health, which still goes largely unrecognised by many.
Having helped my husband through his health issues, I felt a need to help others with mental health problems. In 2018 I began to volunteer part time at a local ‘Mind’ Charity shop because I support their aims and objectives.
I am supportive of my husband’s vision of forming the ‘AJS Operating Company Ltd’ and today I work with my husband within the company.

After completing my ‘A’ Levels in Business, Health & Social Care and Geography, I developed a passion for business Marketing and Advertising. I have recently completed my final year studies at Lancaster University and I am now doing my 'Masters' at the Royal Holloway University of London.
Like many young people of my generation, I grew up with the internet and the rapid growth of digital technologies. I have enjoyed using computer devices and tools from a young age.
I started my personal blog site in January 2017 which I continue with today. If you would like to visit my blog, 'AlwaysSilverLinings.com' please click on the link at the bottom of the page.
I was excited to be made a shareholder in my parents company when they made the decision to form the ‘AJS Operating Company Ltd.’ When I complete my university studies, I am planning to work in the marketing industry to increase my experience. In the future, I may get the opportunity to become more involved with the business.

Having completed my ‘A’ Levels in Business, Maths and Geography, I love challenges and constantly learning new skills. I am currently studying Geography at Northumbria University.
I have always been fascinated with the growth in Information Technologies (IT) and I enjoy working with computers. I am interested in developing my understanding of the importance of IT and its application to online businesses.
I have a keen interest in business, how the world works and how we interact with it. Therefore I was delighted when my parents made the decision to form the ‘AJS Operating Company Ltd’ and made me a shareholder. In a few years I may have the opportunity to become involved within the business, after completing my University degree.
