Company Founder - Andrew J. Spencer
Having experienced first-hand, mental well-being issues from previous job-related stress, resulting in depression, I became interested in mental health and well-being and the factors that can affect it. An important lesson I learned is that the best way to help oneself is to help others.
After realising the need to remove the cause of my stress (ie: working for others) and having always had an entrepreneurial spirit, this led me to leave my career and focus full time on my own online business, which is primarily based around providing information and resources to help others.
Having become a best-selling co-author in 2018, I wanted my knowledge to be independently available to help others. I initially created 'Grey Mouse Books' along with 'Grey Mouse Publications' to publish my own material. I then formed 'Grey Mouse Online' to provide access to my collection of quality material which you may find useful and helpful in business.
I have and continue to write on various subjects, specialising in:
